Custom logotype for “Las Rellenas” an ice cream shop in Mérida Yucatan. The letters and branding for this project were inspired by characteristics of the neoclassical environment where it is located.

I took elements from the floors of the house where the ice cream shop is located to create patterns and textures that would serve as an image for the brand. Gestural forms that combined with a more vivid color palette would give to the brand a more contemporary touch.
The logo takes its forms from the italic letter and its evolution into a linked letter also belonging to the same age (18th century), it is a hand-drawn and custom-made logo, since we were looking for gestural forms that gave a human and unique touch to the brand.
